Am I Alive?

I have really messed up this time! Since Donny and I had the choking discussion, I have had to reassure Donny that he is still alive. Every time he puts a bite of food in his mouth and swallows he asks me if he is still alive. After the 800th time I answered him, I really wanted to tell him, no. Considering I am to blame for the situation, I guess this is my punishment. He went to a birthday party over the weekend and didn't eat anything but his cupcake. I guess it is okay to die choking on a cupcake. Speaking of cupcakes...just a heads up for any parent who must send cupcakes with their allergic child. Red velvet cake may seem like a good idea because the child misses out on the really good stuff, but said child may look like he or she was playing with knives after eating the bright red confection. It also stains everything including fingers, faces and clothes.
