One Year Later

One year ago we were vacationing in Sandbridge.  Donny was afraid to go into the pool and spent the entire week sitting on the steps watching everyone have fun.  One day I spent about an hour begging him to join me on a raft and after I promised him he would be safe he agreed. While we were floating he asked me if he could learn how to swim and I promised him that he would be swimming by the time we took vacation the following year.  After six months of lessons, he has achieved his goal and Big Daddy and I are so very proud of him.
