Don't Do That!
As I was coming out of the post office today, I noticed a baby about Abigail's age crying in her car seat. She was in the front seat of a pick-up. I realized she was crying because she was alone. Not only was she alone, but the truck was running as well. I stood there and waited because I didn't want to leave her alone. About a minute later, a man came running out of the post office and I looked him in the eye and pointed to him. He immediately said he was sorry. I said, "Don't do that! Don't leave your baby in the truck! Someone could have taken her AND your truck was running! DON'T DO THAT!" He continued to repeat himself, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." I pointed to him one last time and said, "Don't do that again." He shook his head and got into his truck. What are people thinking?

I am just thankful no one ever said anything to me when I was beating you in the grocery store with a fly swatter from the fly swatter display (which I had to pay for because I bent it all to heck). I would have hit them over the head with the salami from the salami display and then had to pay for that as well.
ReplyDeleteJust kidding!!!! sort of.......
